Sunny Walk and Sunnies

Hi, everyone.
I took a Nordic walking walk. (Note that I only take photo of my self when I stop walking and set my timer/selfie snapshot. :-)) It was hot, bright sunshiny day so I have a full protection outfit. Though I wore a visor I still needed to wear sunglasses because I used antibiotic drops (made my eyes more photosensitive) and I need them to protect my eyes from the wind too. This time my choice went again to my brown sunnies from These sunnies have UV filter and brown tint lenses. They are comfortable, light, fit, don't make headache and don't make distortion or make my eyes tired. I had posted the first review on my other blog Chachamisu here.

If you are interested in shopping glasses, especially in a vintage cat style, this online optical store has good news for you who has been following my blogs (thank you). They offer $30 off on the Vintage Cat Eye Frames with this code: this voucher code: 72b859e6a. It is valid till May 29th and can be used by 5 persons. Be sure to check their delivery range.  (Not to forget their Free Glasses offer they open periodically.)

It was as well colorful day. The sky is bright blue, green spring foliage, wild flowers in white, pink and yellow. People playing basketball, soccer, running, walking like me, roller skating, biking, archery, walking the dog or just doing a relax stroll.

Quite matching to that colorful surrounding, I wore my old colorful print top. However I wore burgundy socks and there is blue too on my shoes and my walking sticks so the color palettes are actually a little bit out of harmony. Blue is like the sky though :-)

I also found a white feather few months ago and I slip it into pen pocket on my backpack.

I only have one pair of sport sneakers which really work, so I have no other sneakers option. They are 2 number bigger than my usual size, big enough for my custom orthopedic insoles (due to feet/ankle problem in the past).

About the cargo pants, I got them in a weekly flea market. I bought it cause I like the design. It looked comfortable yet functional. I just found it afterwards that some of the pockets with zippers are fake. There is pocket at near the right knee, a real pocket with zipper but I couln't find any opening and it didn't look like an unfinished design. Strange!

The material of the pants is a mix of linen and other fibers. It felt nice, but after a few times of wearing, it started to feel rough and itchy.

By the way, happy belated Mother's Day to all moms. I love my mom more than I'm able to express. She is at other side of the globe, in my homeland. I wish you all, especially every mother much love and happiness. Take care!
